We are living in unhealthy society, polutions are everywhere, even in our own house. The following are common triggers that can be found in our house: 

• Cockroaches;
• Dust Mites;
• Molds;
• Pollen;
• Other Indoor Irritants: e.g. Dog, Cat, Soap, Toiletries, Rodent, etc.

Is your carpet too old? You may need to do the following:

• Remove carpets, especially in the bedrooms and basement;
• Dehumidify your bedrooms ;
• Use air cleaners more often;
• Use chemicals to kill mites and allergens;
