Who and What to Blame for Our Allergies & Asthma?
Why is the causes of allergies and asthma? Am I working too hard, eating too much fat, standing in the rain or being exposed to mosquitoes?
Allergies and asthma are not infectious diseses, so viruses nd bacteria can’t be blamed. We can not blame the usual suspects for allergies and asthma, instead, blame ourselves, or more specifically , our immune system.
Our immune system is designed to protect ourself from harm, but sometime our immune system goes haywire due to some triggers in the air or in our environment. it acts hyperalert to these triggers, and jumps to action at the slightest provocation or event a peaceful interaction.
So, who to blame? blame these triggers or ourselves?
